Fees and Insurance Information

$175 for an initial evaluation
$150 for psychotherapy sessions.

I do not bill health insurance companies directly, but many insurance companies will reimburse their members for my services as an out-of-network provider. This is usually at a percent determined by the individual policy and deductible requirements. Please contact your insurance company for information about their fee schedule for non-participating providers.

I will provide you with a payment summary with the information that your insurance company will require for your reimbursement.
